As always, the band welcomes new members. Beginner classes, for the foreseeable future, are held on Monday nights at at 7:00 p.m. in the Carnoustie Rugby Club, Links Parade, Carnoustie. This is on the sea front next to the Beach Hall and at the Boys' Brigade Hall, Maule Street, during the summer months again at 7:00 p.m. The band practice is on Wednesday nights at Newton Panbride Church, Arbroath Road, at 7:00 p.m. anyone interested in playing either pipes or drums is welcome! Interested individuals can contact the Band Secretary or Pipe Major at the address’s below. The Band boasts around 12 pipers and 14 drummers who are all playing band members, as well as many beginners attending the popular piping and drumming lessons on Monday nights. |
